Cancellation Policy
A refundable booking can be canceled free of charge by the guest according to the cancellation terms set by Villaggio Emmanuele Srl, unless a non-refundable option was chosen. The booking is guaranteed only after Villaggio Emmanuele Srl receives the payment. If canceled within the deadlines, the room will be released and the paid amount refunded. Warning: refund requests expire if cancellation is not made by the date in the rate conditions.
If canceled after the deadline, no refund will be given.
If the booking was made through a third-party provider, cancellation follows their rules, and any refunds are handled by them, not Villaggio Emmanuele Srl.
Non-refundable bookings give no right to refund in case of cancellation or changes. The full amount must be paid immediately by credit card.
Prices and Payment Conditions
Prices shown by Villaggio Emmanuele Srl are valid at the booking time and include all costs and legal taxes.
Prices are in euros per room per night, for the indicated services, and may change without notice, but the confirmed price applies.
Full payment must be made in advance. Even if the person booking is not the guest, the same rules apply.
Resale
Reselling, renting, or using the accommodation for purposes other than lodging (e.g., business) is prohibited. Villaggio Emmanuele Srl can cancel the contract and claim damages if violated.

Any issues must be reported immediately for resolution. Cooperation is needed to avoid further damage.

Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Foggia.
Maintenance, Damage, and Theft
Security cameras monitor common areas. Damage or theft leads to expulsion without refund and claims for damages.
We are not responsible for malfunctions or unexpected events (e.g., bad weather, theft).
Guest Data and Online Check-in
Email and phone are mandatory for communications. ID is required for all guests.
Only registered guests allowed. Extra guests pay a supplement. Not declaring them may lead to eviction.
Personal data is protected and not shared.
Contract Termination
Villaggio Emmanuele Srl can cancel the contract for force majeure, false info, illegal activities, resale, or rule violations.
If canceled due to guest fault, future bookings may be blocked without refund.
